It is nearly Easter and Spring is in the air! With that in mind, what better way to start the new financial year than discussing your career prospects in a world gone to the cloud!

A couple of weeks ago I was asked by Ben Lee of Modality Systems to contribute to a Community Q&A on how Cloud technology is changing the world of On-Prem Skype for Business and Lync. One of the questions that seemed to keep cropping up in some form or other on msuc.chat was from people asking how the change to cloud technologies will affect their roles.

I wrote an article back in January tackling this subject as I see it which prompted some interesting debates and thoughts. I have elaborated on this further within Ben's blog, and once again would welcome your thoughts in it.
